Global Affairs Salon Introduction

Jennifer McClanahan, a member of our Board of Directors, would like to invite you to her home for an evening of salon-style discussion to introduce World Savvy's Global Affairs Monitor, a monthly current affairs publication on international issues. Specifically, we'll preview the second edition of the Global Affairs Monitor: Modern China: The Promise and Challenge of an Emerging Superpower.
If you're interested in world issues and would like the opportunity to discuss the meaning and impact of global events and trends, this promises to be a stimulating (and fun) night. It's part of World Savvy's monthly Global Affairs Salon series.

Amarena Happy Hour

Our hosts will be Paolo, owner of the wonderful Amarena Restaurant, and his staff! They will treat us to a free, delicious Italian antipasti buffet, and the bar will be available for purchasing wine and cocktails.
There will be a donation box at the door for World Savvy and Emergency. If you're out and about please come by!
